The space contains three main components which consist of a spacious main area together with a long couch that provides casual seating and a kitchen space which contains collapsible tables at its kitchen area. The venue does not provide chairs for its guests because they need to obtain extra seating through third-party rental services.
The space benefits from good natural light during the day and a warm atmosphere in the evening with installed ceiling lighting. The hosts have complete freedom to select their own lighting and decoration elements and create their event space through their design arrangement. The venue allows musical performances which make it perfect for nighttime events that require prior approval.
The venue provides easy access for transporting equipment and welcoming guests because it exists on the first floor at street level which makes it an ideal space for social gatherings and organized training sessions.
