About this space

A cozy open studio with warm lighting, exposed wooden beams, and a cozy atmosphere. It is designed for wellness sessions, including yoga and meditation classes, workshops, and retreats, as well as private parties.

The studio room is equipped with a speaker system, and we have connecting cables on-site for all phone types. We have a small kitchenette and mini fridge, a washroom within our unit, and a lounge space. If you intend on setting up decor or food tables in the lounge space, that comes at an additional cost (please see add-ons).

Because our space is typically used as a yoga, pilates and dance studio, no shoes are to be worn beyond the shoe cubbies at the front entrance of our studio.

Our venue does *not* include tables or chairs. If your event requires tables and chairs you will need to rent them. Our building does have a freight elevator, and can be accessed for events at an additional cost (please see add-ons).

The studio is beautiful and inviting. Lots of seating outside of the main studio. Beautiful natural light and calming atmosphere. Lots of free parking, an elevator for accessibility, and across from the Brampton Go station. Would highly recommend.

Lisa was great and very helpful and easy to communicate with. She was present the day of to provide support and answer any questions which was great. However, she mostly remained tucked away in her office, allowing us to freely enjoy the space. Overall I had a great experience, no complaints.

FAQ

Yes. The venue has a speaker system onsite, although guests are welcome to bring their own.

Yes, music and dancing are absolutely welcome.

The washroom in the venue unit is not accessible, but the washroom on the same floor in the building is accessible.

The venue has approximately 15 mats and over 30 bolsters available to use. Some chairs can be brought into the room for anyone unable to get down on the ground.
