Welcome to Bayswater Events Center, a highly adaptable space-only (dry hire) venue located at the Bayswater Tweed Motel in beautiful Tweed Heads. We provide the perfect blank canvas, key furniture, and ultimate flexibility for you to run your event exactly your way.

Our spacious facility features acoustic dividers that can split the venue into 3 fully independent rooms running simultaneously—perfect for multi-track seminars, concurrent workshops, or breakout sessions. Alternatively, open it up into one grand hall to comfortably host up to 150 guests.

External caterers, event coordinators, and decorators are welcome, and tableware can be hired for an additional fee. On-site motel accommodation is also available for guests.

FAQ

Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund.

Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable.

Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 1 months from the original date, at no cost.
