Scorpio Estate in Torquay combines heritage and modern design, built in 2021 with reclaimed bricks from Geelong’s National Hotel. Behind private gates and surrounded by gums, it offers landscaped gardens, open grounds, and full privacy, with secure parking for 10+ cars. Inside are seven bedrooms, multiple living areas, smart TVs, Apple Macs, and original artwork.
The estate has two kitchens: a chef’s kitchen with Wolf ovens and Perrin & Rowe tapware, and an industrial-style kitchen next to a lounge with a billiard table and piano. Outside, there is a heated pool, spa, and gardens for dining, yoga, or relaxing.
