There are several living areas, including a social room with billiard table and piano, plus a private gym with treadmill, weights, and machines.
Outside, enjoy a heated pool and spa, large gardens with gums and cypress pines, and parking for 10+ cars. The home has ducted heating, wood fireplaces, Google-controlled lighting, Wi-Fi, and app-based entry, with gated access, alarm, and cameras for security.
Prices
Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Early arrivals and late check-outs are subject to availability and must be requested and approved in advance.

Scorpio Haus Estate is a strictly non-smoking property, including the use of e-cigarettes and vapes. Smoking is prohibited inside all buildings, outdoor common areas, and anywhere on the estate grounds. If smoking is detected, or if any evidence of smoking is found (e.g., scent, residue, or burn marks), a minimum cleaning fee of $500 will be charged to the credit card on file, and management reserves the right to cancel your stay without refund.
Guests are solely responsible for their personal property. Scorpio Haus Estate accepts no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings, regardless of the circumstances.
Scorpio Haus Estate is designed for adult guests and private functions. We may accommodate infants under 12 months upon request. Pets are not permitted unless explicitly approved in writing by management prior to arrival. If approved, a $50 pet fee applies. Any damage caused by pets or evidence of pets on furniture will result in a $500 cleaning fee charged to the card on file.
Standard bookings do not include daily housekeeping.
