Design: Pared-back modern interiors feature white paneled cabinetry, marble surfaces and crystal chandeliers. Herringbone timber floors and generous ceiling heights create long sightlines between rooms.
Features: A large fitted kitchen provides a central marble island, integrated ovens and a breakfast bar for service. A wired PA system and speakers are installed, and the venue permits guest music and external DJs. Onsite Wi‑Fi and air conditioning are provided.

Scorpio Haus Estate is a strictly non-smoking property, including the use of e-cigarettes and vapes. Smoking is prohibited inside all buildings, outdoor common areas, and anywhere on the estate grounds. If smoking is detected, or if any evidence of smoking is found (e.g., scent, residue, or burn marks), a minimum cleaning fee of $500 will be charged to the credit card on file, and management reserves the right to cancel your stay without refund.
Guests are solely responsible for their personal property. Scorpio Haus Estate accepts no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings, regardless of the circumstances.
Scorpio Haus Estate is designed for adult guests and private functions. We may accommodate infants under 12 months upon request. Pets are not permitted unless explicitly approved in writing by management prior to arrival. If approved, a $50 pet fee applies. Any damage caused by pets or evidence of pets on furniture will result in a $500 cleaning fee charged to the card on file.
Standard bookings do not include daily housekeeping.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
