Located in Adelaide’s east end, Honeydripper is a listening bar and cocktail venue surrounded by restaurants and nightlife spots. The venue combines a lounge-style setting with curated music, cocktails, and a late-night atmosphere, making it suitable for birthday parties, private events, and social gatherings.
The venue combines vintage hi-fi culture with contemporary hospitality. Low lighting, timber finishes, plush seating and a carefully prepared record collection create a space that feels personal from the moment guests arrive. Honeydripper’s custom audio setup is designed to deliver detailed sound without overpowering conversation; perfect for events where atmosphere matters just as much as entertainment.
For smaller and mid-sized functions, guests have the option to reserve Honeydripper’s mezzanine-level audio lounge — a private upstairs space dedicated to music appreciation and relaxed social gatherings. The mezzanine features a high-end Klipsch sound system, turntables, an extensive vinyl library and flexible lounge-style seating, making it particularly suited to birthdays and cocktail-style celebrations. The space can comfortably host up to 80 guests, with seating available for approximately 60 people.
For larger celebrations, exclusive hire of the entire venue is also available. Full venue bookings allow guests to make use of both levels of Honeydripper, with capacity for up to 200 people across a mixture of seated and standing formats. Whether hosting a milestone birthday, engagement celebration, brand event or end-of-year party, the venue can be adjusted to suit a range of formats — from relaxed drinks through to late-night dancing and DJs.

Cancellations 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 3 months from the original date, at no cost.
