Host rules
Booking Duration: All booking times include bump-in and bump-out periods. Clients must ensure that their setup and pack-down activities are completed within the booked time slot.
Early Arrival and Late Departure: Any early arrivals or late departures beyond the booked time will incur an additional charge of $100 per hour, subject to availability. Prior arrangements must be made with Newy Studio for any extensions.
Studio Usage: Our studios are to be used solely for photography and videography purposes. Any other use is prohibited unless expressly approved by Newy Studio in writing.
Prohibited Activities: The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Smoking, vaping, or use of any open flames.
- Use of illegal substances or activities.
- Any activities that may damage the property or disturb other clients.
Conduct: Clients and their guests must behave in a professional and respectful manner at all times. Any form of harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the booking without refund.
Cleanliness and Damage: Clients must leave the studio in the same condition as it was found. Any damages or excessive cleaning required will incur additional charges.
Equipment Use: The studio provides certain equipment for client use. Clients are responsible for the proper use and care of this equipment. Any damage or loss will be charged to the client.
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
