Design: The dining room has a bright, minimalist Mediterranean look, with white walls, concrete floors and cross-back chairs paired with dark timber tables. The palette is neutral and the layout feels informal yet orderly, punctuated by planted seating runs.
Features: A built-in PA system supports background music and presentations, and the venue permits outside DJs. The venue includes air conditioning, venue Wi‑Fi, wheelchair access and accessible toilets. A noise restriction applies to amplified music.

LYRA Venue Rules & Booking Policies
1️⃣ No Outside Food or Drinks – We do not permit outside catering or beverages. Our menu is designed to provide a complete dining experience. Exceptions may be made for pre-approved celebration cakes (cakeage fees apply).
2️⃣ Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA Applies) – Alcohol will be served responsibly, and service may be refused to intoxicated guests. No outside alcohol is permitted.
3️⃣ Event Timing & Alcohol Service – All events must conclude by 10:00 PM, with last drinks served at 9:30 PM.
4️⃣ No Smoking or Vaping – Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the venue and within the Gasworks Plaza premises.
5️⃣ Respect for the Space & Guests – We ask that all guests respect our venue, staff, and other diners. Any damage caused will be the responsibility of the booking party.
6️⃣ Music & Noise Restrictions – Music is permitted but must be kept at a reasonable volume to respect other patrons and businesses within Big Top.
7️⃣ Deposit & Cancellation Policy – A deposit is required to secure your booking. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event may result in a partial or full charge.
8️⃣ Decorations & Setup – Decorations are allowed but must be pre-approved. No confetti, glitter, or open-flame candles.
