$99 per person – Designed for the entire table to share, this banquet menu offers a multi-course experience highlighting Asian fusion flavors.

Dishes include slow-cooked wagyu brisket in Chu Chee curry, stir-fried fish with Thai basil, and sticky pork belly with tamarind pepper caramel. Appetizers feature steamed chicken dumplings and coconut galangal soup, while dessert includes pandan coconut parfait with passionfruit mango sorbet.

No dietary amendments available. Minimum 2 people.

Wine pairing available at $80 or $130 per person. A 3-course à la carte menu is also offered at $129 per person.
