Extensive research was conducted to honor the venue’s past, resulting in chairs that were painstakingly designed and crafted to match the photographs of the original pieces. From their wooden frames made in Europe to the upholstery crafted in New York, every detail has been meticulously attended to. These chairs, alongside the three original and two faithfully reproduced sets of leadlight windows, contribute to the authentic and timeless ambience that embraces you.

• Minimum numbers apply for ballroom hire dependent on function
• Use of the Ballroom must cease by 9pm. Extended use is possible, subject to management approval
• Bar fixtures and equipment cannot not be removed
• 1 week notice prior to the conference is required for stage to be removed from the ballroom.
• The function and accommodation spaces are not held until the deposit has been made.
• Deposit is non-refundable
• Should the initial non- refundable deposit not be received within 5 days confirmation, the hotel reserves the right to cancel all arrangements including tentative accommodation and meeting facilities being held.
