The Auditorium is our largest venue at Empower Spaces, providing a spacious and highly flexible event setting in Caloundra for groups of approximately 50–250 people.
Featuring a large stage and presentation screen, the Auditorium is well suited to conferences, seminars, presentations, training days, workshops, performances, community events and larger private functions.
The flexible seating layout can be adapted to suit different event styles and group sizes, while air conditioning, Wi-Fi and accessible access help provide a comfortable experience for guests.

With capacity for up to 250 guests, The Auditorium is an excellent option for organisations looking for a larger event venue on the southern Sunshine Coast without travelling to Maroochydore or Brisbane.

Host rules
Booking times: Access is permitted only during your confirmed booking period. Please ensure your setup and pack-down are completed within your booked time. Additional time may incur extra charges.
Care of the space: Please leave the room clean, tidy and returned to its original setup. Tables and chairs should be returned to their designated areas and all rubbish removed. Additional cleaning may be charged at $100 per hour where required.
Damage: Hirers are responsible for any damage caused by themselves, their guests or attendees. Please report any damage or maintenance issues as soon as possible.
Smoking, vaping & alcohol: Smoking and vaping are not permitted on or around the premises. Alcohol and illicit substances are not permitted on site.
Children & vulnerable people: The hirer is responsible for appropriate supervision of children and vulnerable persons attending their booking.
Electrical equipment: Any portable electrical equipment brought onto the premises must be appropriately tested and tagged.
AV & equipment: Sound, media and projection equipment must be arranged and approved in advance. Some equipment may require an approved operator and additional fees may apply.
After-hours bookings: Hirers using the venue after hours are responsible for ensuring lights are switched off and the premises are properly secured when leaving.
Insurance: Commercial hirers may be required to provide evidence of appropriate insurance, including $20 million public liability insurance where applicable.
