The room is a rectangular, carpeted hotel function space arranged with movable round tables and high-top tables so layouts can be reconfigured. The space receives daylight through large glazed doors and has practical, hotel-standard finishes and ceiling lighting.

Room features: The room is fitted with a ceiling-mounted projector, a wall whiteboard and a freestanding flipchart to support visual facilitation. A PA system and air conditioning are provided for amplified audio and temperature control.
