📋 Menu Options
For groups of 15 or more, group booking arrangements are available.
For groups of 20 or more, a banquet menu selection is required in advance.
Pricing for exclusive hire or canapé-style events is available upon request.
Menus are subject to seasonal changes.

💳 Confirmation & Payments
A $25 deposit per person is required to secure your booking.
Bookings remain tentative until the deposit is received.
Final numbers, menu selections, beverages, and dietary needs must be confirmed 5 days before the event.
Final payment for food and beverages is due 5 days prior. Late payment may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
A 1% surcharge applies to all card payments.
Minimum spend applies to group bookings and exclusive hire events.
If minimum spend is not met, a $1,000 room hire fee applies.
Any additional spend above the minimum is payable in full on the event day via card or cash.
⏰ Booking Duration
Groups up to 20 guests: 2.5-hour dining time.
Groups over 30 guests: 3.5-hour dining time.
Exclusive hire: 4.5-hour duration.
Late arrivals do not extend your allocated time.

📅 Cancellations & Changes
Cancel more than 5 days prior: full refund or credit.
Cancel within 5 days: payments are non-refundable.
Exclusive hire cancellations over 5 days prior incur a 20% admin fee.
No refunds or credits for absent guests on the day.

🧒 Youth Dining
Children up to 14 years receive 30% off the selected function menu (includes soft drinks and juice).
Children's menus are available on request.

🍰 Cakeage
No charge for cake service.
Cakes will be cut, plated, and served with accompaniments.

🥗 Dietary Requirements
We accommodate gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, and vegan needs.
Please advise us of any dietary requirements at least 5 days before the event.

🎈 Decorations & Deliveries
You may arrive 30 minutes before your booking to set up.
Deliveries (e.g. balloons, flowers, cakes) must arrive on the day of the event.
