Host rules
• The Hirer is responsible for ensuring all guests, caterers, entertainers, and contractors comply with these Terms and Conditions. The Hirer must remain present for the duration of the function.
• The Leisure Centre reserves the right to approve, decline, or cancel bookings and may impose additional conditions where required.
• The following are strictly prohibited:
Smoke machines, haze machines, gender reveal smoke bombs, spark emitters, fireworks, and confetti cannons; Adult entertainment; Violent, anti-social, aggressive, or intoxicated behaviour; Public ticket sales or admission charges without written approval
• Functions must remain private and consistent with the family-friendly values of the Leisure Centre. Security and Access
• The Hirer must collect and return all keys, remotes, and fobs as instructed.
• All doors, including bifold doors, must be securely closed before leaving.
• Failure to secure the venue may result in alarm activation and security call-out charges.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
The Surrounds Leisure Centre is a Tagvenue Partner. This business has registered with Tagvenue and agreed to our venue partner standards.
