Beautiful space, loved the lighting and the plants and it has a lovely feel and waiting area for guests to wait if they are early. Parking outside the back was very handy too.
JK was absolutely amazing. I am from Adelaide and without JK it would have been difficult to organise such an event. The venue itself is set in a picturesque setting. Especially as sun sets its very beautiful. Inside the venue is quite beautiful too.
Venue room was fine, communication up until the event was brilliant, however the staff member we were told would be assisting us on the day was extremely unhelpful and disinterested.
Hellen was quick to respond and very helpful leading up to the event as well as on the event day. We had a great day at San Telmo & overall it was a great experience!
The hall was exactly what I wanted it even had the pretty fairy lights on the roof. It had tables and chairs which I was worried about but didn't need to be! And a kitchen which was really handy. I also forgot an item at the venue and Jessica made time in her day to come let me back in to get it.
We loved the location and the warm and friendly feel of the space. The service and responsiveness of the team was excellent. We would definitely recommend it for a planning day or meeting.
