$350 per hour
min. number of hours: 5h
Extra fees:
-Off hour building staff fee : $100 per hour ( past 5pm on weekdays - 9pm on Thursdays, past 5pm on weekends)
- Site rep: $150 (support at the beginning and the end)
- Cleaning fee: $150
- Janitorial fee: $60
Freight Elevator (Can be used as passenger elevator):
24 hours/day: Monday - Friday.
12 pm - 5 pm: Saturday
11 am - 5 pm: Sunday (available after 5pm at $100 per hour, including with the off hour building staff fee)
Main elevator:
24/7: Mon - Sat
Sun: from 12pm
Second elevator:
8 am - 6:15 pm: Mon - Sat
Sun: Closed

In-house rental furniture: Price list is available upon request.

Host rules
- A specific time frame must be determined including setup and take down.
- Guests are responsible for covering damages to the space.
- The renters must provide their own items (garbage bags, tablecloths, etc.) for the space unless otherwise negotiated.
- No smoking in the building.
- No pets allowed.
- No hanging out in building hallways.
- Outside catering is allowed.
- It is not suitable for parties with DJs, loud music, or dancing.
- Guests under 21 years old must have adult supervision.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
