About this space
IMPORTANT!
- Your booking does NOT include a lighting technician or photographer.
-Your booking is for space rental and includes the lighting, backdrop, and posing equipment as well. You can hire a lighting technician to help assist you in setting up/operating the lights during your booking and/or hire a photographer to be onsite to take your photos as well.
- Please factor in your Set Up & Take Down time when booking. By the end of your booking, all equipment should be already taken down and put away and the studio should be left in the state how you entered it.
- Time over your booked time will be charged at regular rate by the hour.

This space is not soundproofed or acoustically treated.
1. No smoking anywhere in the facility
2. Absolutely no open foods or liquids on or near the equipment (including rolls)
- If taking content of food or liquid products, please message for more details. Our main concern in this is preserving the equipment and backdrop rolls from splatter that can ruin it.
3. No alcohol for consumption allowed
4. No Glitter/Sparkles, Paint, or Slime
Please clean up after yourself and leave equipment and studio space in the order you came.
