About this space

The Conference Room is the smallest of our 3 rooms, and comfortably seats 12 boardroom style. Ideal for private meetings, interviews, weekly group board games, counselling sessions, training or workshops.

The room has a whiteboard and flip chart easel. It can also be used as a smaller breakout room for training events and meetings or as a ‘quiet space’ for larger events when the whole venue is booked exclusively.

Host rules

The entire venue can be booked for exclusive use including hire of the commercial kitchen and staffed bar.
A Damage Security Deposit is required for private functions and will be refunded after the event, provided no damage, loss, or excessive cleaning has occurred.
No alcohol may be brought onto the premises by organisers, guests, or suppliers under any circumstances.
The hirer is responsible for ensuring guests comply and preventing alcohol being brought onto the premises.
External caterers are permitted. All caterers must:Hold valid public liability insurance
DJs, bands, amplified music and loud entertainment are permitted in the Main Hall only.
All music must finish by 11:00pm.
All guests, suppliers, and organisers must vacate the venue by midnight.
Fireworks, pyrotechnics, and smoke machines are not permitted unless agreed in writing.
Animals (except assistance dogs) are not permitted unless previously agreed.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the venue or in any locations where it will affect others, including the patio space attached to the Dining Room.
