About Oxford Castle & Prison

Oxford Castle & Prison is an incomparable location submerged in 1,000 years of history.

Wow your guests inside the 950-year-old Norman crypt, with original carved stone pillars, vaulted ceiling, and candle-lit walls.
Explore D-Wing of the Georgian prison, inside its original 18th century cells, which whisper the stories of the inmates once imprisoned inside.
Climb the Victorian Debtor's Tower, where the lines of the old cells divisions can still be seen on the original wooden floor.

The stunning crypt has capacity for up to 50 people, or the entire historic site provides ample space for parties of up to 100 people.
