General UseL
Booking Time Includes Setup and Pack Down -
Please arrive and leave within your scheduled booking time. Additional time may incur extra charges.

No Smoking -
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited anywhere in the building.

Noise Levels -
Please keep noise to a reasonable level. This is a shared building and we aim to respect our neighbours.
Cleanliness & Respect

Leave the Space as You Found It

Please return any furniture or equipment to its original place. A cleaning fee may apply if the space is left in disarray.
No Fixings to Walls

Do not drill, screw, or permanently fix anything to the walls or ceiling. Temporary fixtures (like tape or Blu Tack) must be approved beforehand.

Food & Drink
Light refreshments are allowed. Please dispose of all rubbish in the bins provided and keep food and drink away from equipment.
Equipment & Facilities

Any included lights, stands, or furnishings must be handled with care. Damaged or missing items may incur replacement charges.
Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please do not leave valuables unattended.
