The booking includes a fully dressed tent with seating, lighting, bunting, and weatherproof shelter, plus signage, a roped entrance, dedicated event manager, on-site security, and a PA system with playlists (volume managed to local rules). With infrastructure in place, it’s a cost-effective, hassle-free option in central London.
Guests can also enjoy the wider festival, which runs daily until 8 pm. All hire fees support the event, helping keep Portman Square Gardens open to the community.

Included in the hire fee:

• Signage and roped entrance to clearly mark your event space
• Dedicated event manager to support you before and during the evening

• PA system and iPad with playlists

FOOD & DRINK PACKAGES:
Make your event seamless with our all inclusive catering packages, designed to keep your guests well fed and refreshed throughout the evening. Both packages include a main meal from our on site street food vendors, a selection of nibbles, and drinks served from your own private bar within the stretch tent.
Each package also includes branded elements to personalise your event, including wristbands with your logo, food vouchers and signage at the entrance to your space.
STANDARD PACKAGE – £50 + VAT per person
One main meal per person from an on site street food vendor
A selection of nibbles to share, including olives, nuts, vegetable crisps and cheese straws
Standard drinks allocation:
– Half a bottle of wine, or
– 3 x beers, or
– 3 x premium soft drinks
Drinks served from your private bar within the stretch tent

PREMIUM PACKAGE – £55 + VAT per person
One main meal per person from an on site street food vendor
A selection of nibbles to share, including olives, nuts, vegetable crisps and cheese straws
Premium drinks allocation:
– Half a bottle of premium wine, or
– 4 x beers, or
– 4 x premium soft drinks, or
– 2 x Pimms or Gin and Tonics
Drinks served from your private bar within the stretch tent
Branded wristbands, food vouchers and signage included

No smoking within the event space or anywhere in Portman Square Gardens
No outside catering or external food and drink permitted
No unauthorised amplified music or personal sound systems
No open flames, barbecues or candles
No pets, with the exception of assistance animals
No unauthorised signage or promotional material outside of your designated area
All guests must vacate the event space by 9pm
Rubbish must be disposed of in designated bins provided
Respect the gardens and leave the space as you found it
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day
