There’s a large photo/film space with Phase 3 power, blackout or daylight options, and double doors for loading gear.

The kitchen studio is great for food shoots or team sessions. Comes with two ovens, a gas range, big fridge, dishwasher, and changeable tiles and cupboard fronts if you want to style the space.

There’s a mezzanine for extra space and a bathroom onsite.

Good mix of industrial and creative. Easy to make it work for whatever you’ve got planned.
