We have 3 floors in the venue, but due to noise restrictions we are required to close the roof terrace at 10pm. Guests tend to head to the ground floor or the basement nightclub at this point!
The venue does not accept birthday parties under 21 years old.

Setup and main staff brilliant! Space was great. Drinks were reasonably priced.
One male bar staff wasn't in the Discotheque room wasn't welcoming AT ALL. Very moody all bight with the party-goers

I loved the customer service from the team inside of the venue, the manager, the waitress and the hostess were all very friendly and nice. We had the best time inside of the discotheque, female toilets are just by the side of the hired space which was so easy for us. And they were very accommodating with us bringing tables to put the cake in.
No cocktails were served downstairs or draft beers. The worse was really the security guards that were very rude and unfriendly, as we left the venue we were waiting a uber in the rain, all drenched, in the other side of the street, and they were pushing us to leave kept saying was considered loitering to be there, we had to 'prove' several times we were waiting for a uber. Even if we were all caring decors, cake box, etc.

The venue and the staff were very good and welcoming the discotheque layout and were great and fitted the party perfectly.
The only thing which could have been better was the Chicken which came with the platters the chicken was too dry and there wasn't any source or dips to go with it.
