The Ditch is the untouched basement of the original Grade II listed building. Over a dozen interconnecting rooms with original features, exposed brickwork and pipes, fireplaces and stoves provide a unique and intimate setting for events.
Despite the abandoned aesthetic, The Ditch has full production capabilities and remains as flexible and responsive as the rest of the building. It can be transformed to create an immersive setting for memorable product launches, creative fundraising events, unique receptions, conference breakout spaces and even dining.
Prices
• Receptionist (for larger events): £15+VAT per hour
• Staff Transport (pre 8am and post-midnight): £50+VAT per venue staff member
• Door Security (for bookings of 80+ guests): £25+VAT per hour per guard (1 guard per 100 guests) More security may be required if an exclusive hire
• On-site cleaner: £20+VAT per hour
• Post-event cleaning: varies for each space, ranging from £30+VAT to £350+VAT depending on spaces hired
• Rubbish collection: £75+VAT for smaller events / £150+VAT for larger events
• 100Mb upgraded, dedicated Wi-Fi (optional): £250+VAT
• Theatre style conference chairs (inc. installation & removal)- optional: £2.40+VAT per chair
