Very poor communication
I reached out with an enquiry about hosting my wedding reception and have received NO RESPONSE. Your profile states an average 2-hour response time, yet it’s been far longer with complete silence. As I’m planning one of the most important days of my life, I expected a much higher level of professionalism and at the very least, a basic acknowledgement. Organising a wedding takes a significant amount of time and effort, and poor communication from a venue only adds unnecessary stress. Frankly, I’m very disappointed. This lack of responsiveness has made it clear that this venue is not one I can rely on for such an important occasion. I won’t be wasting any more of my time here.
