To secure the booking we require a deposit of the 50%. The remaining will be charged 30 days before the event. The deposit will be deducted from the final bill or/and used in case of late cancellation or should the min. spend not be met.

Our experience at dial8 was really excellent, and we highly recommend this space. The events team (in particular, Aimee) were extremely accommodating, responsive, and flexible with all requests made, and it really made event planning much easier!
There was nothing we explicitly disliked, and as mentioned our experience was really excellent. If we had to provide constructive feedback, the food portions/quality were not as high as expected (in images, etc.) and the sound quality/volume could have been a bit louder for an event space. Otherwise, we cannot fault the venue, its location, and the help of the events team.

The place was really nice, with great food and drinks! The service was amazing - everyone was really helpful from the party planning to on the actual day. I really can’t recommend this place enough, everyone loved it!
