Rules of the space

Minimum guaranteed numbers are as agreed in the Letter of Agreement. The Client shall give written confirmation of numbers attending the event not less than 14 days prior to the function. The final numbers for which the Hotel will prepare, must be notified to the banqueting office not less than three working days (Monday/Friday excluding Bank Holidays) prior to the commencement of the function. Any failure to pay deposits requested may result in the booking being cancelled.
