For the Cocktail Bar Tables for 50 guests, the Downstairs Cocktail Bar for 60 guests, the Entire Ground Floor for 100 guests, the Entire Venue for 160 guests the cancellation policy is as follows.

Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund.

Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable.

For the Window Tables for 20 guests and the Green Sofa for 30 guests the following cancellation policy apples -

Cancellations 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.

Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable.


Please note that children are welcome, but we are an 18+ venue after 9pm.

We hosted our Christmas party at Lockes Wine Bar in Covent Garden, and it was fantastic from start to finish. The venue has a warm, stylish atmosphere that was perfect for a festive celebration, and the location couldn’t be better. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and professional, making sure everything ran smoothly throughout the evening. The drinks selection was excellent, and the pizzas were a real highlight — fresh, delicious, and enjoyed by everyone. Our guests had a brilliant time and commented that the evening felt both relaxed and special. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue and would highly recommend Lockes Wine Bar for Christmas parties or group events.
One small downside was that hot drinks weren’t available, which would have been a nice option, especially for a winter event.
