Host rules
Our rules and terms & penalty fines are stipulated in our location hire agreement of which will be issued once the details of the booking have been confirmed.
- No toilets onsite
- No rubbish/waste to be left onsite
- No vehicular stunts onsite
- No alcohol to be bought/consumed onsite
- No smoking of tobacco, drugs or electronic cigarettes onsite
- No filming in additional areas of the site
- Lifts are not to be used for equipment/goods (these are pedestrian lifts only)
- Damages to the space will result in extra charges.
- No power onsite.
- Any vehicles bought onsite will need to be paid for.
- Maximum height within the car park is up to 2.2m.
Please note that in order to confirm the booking, we require:
- Signed location agreement.
- Payment of damage deposit invoice.
- Payment of hire invoice.
- Proof of valid public liability insurance (up to £10 million cover).
- Copy of adequate & sufficient site-specific risk assessment for the activities
performed onsite/during filming.
- Guest List
- If a drone is being used onsite during filming, we require: drone pilot’s license, drone
insurance, drone public liability insurance and separate risk assessment.
There are additional charges for security fees of which will be confirmed once we have confirmation of activities onsite, number of people onsite, hours of access required & areas of hire.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
