The Meeting Success Lounge is our lobby/lounge before entering the meeting suites. This is mainly used for drinks receptions and also as a networking space. The Meeting Success Lounge is a public space and cannot be hired for exclusive use.
The Meeting Success Lounge is brimming with natural daylight with a breathtaking backdrop of the Royal Victoria Docks and Emirates cable cars.

Cancellation policy
Standard 60 day with Grace Period
Cancellations within 24 hours after booking confirmation will receive a full refund. This excludes events starting within 48 hours.
Cancellations 60 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 60 days to 30 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 30 days are non-refundable.

We can cater for private parties, weddings, gala dinners, You can bring your own wines and spirits however corkage prices will apply. Day delegate packages include teas and coffees, for any more information for meetings and events please contact the team.
We have 55 car parking spaces on a first come first serve basis. Parking is chargeable at £6.00 per hour (up to 4 hours) or £25.00 per 24 hours (4 hours to 24 hours)
