Rules of the space
-Provisional Acceptance Certificate (PAC) is required if you would like to bring own music equipment / DJ
-We can offer a buyout fee for external catering for the Large rooms, Penthouse and Grand Hall.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day
Cancellations 60 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 60 days to 30 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 30 days are non-refundable.

Overall great location, very efficient and served our needs for the day. Good coffee machine and treats also helped! The team serving us were extremely helpful and always available to support.
We had some technical challenges in the room. The team themselves were very helpful and tried to fix it as soon as they could.
Pastries, sweets and afternoon snacks were plentiful and tastey
Lunch was poor, food choice was limited, felt very much a school canteen, luke warm, however it was fuel for the rest of the day.
Great room, lots of coffee/tea, water, coke, sweets and biscuits! nice lunch, too.
Great facilities and upgraded lunch was well worth it. Easy to book and responsive, friendly staff throughout.
