About this space
The Lounge is our First floor Function room which can be hired out for day time events or evening events. It comes fully equipped with its own bar, projector screen, sound system and natural lighting.
It's the perfect space for meetings, dining, quiz nights, corporate events, birthdays, celebrations, classes, you name it we can do it!

The Castle really accommodated us even when our plans changed and we were faced with needing a smaller space. They were really helpful and accessible.

About The Castle
The understated appeal of The Castle conceals a regal past that's the stuff of pub legend. This refreshingly down-to-earth Farringdon public house was once frequented by King George IV, who was tempted in by a spot of cockfighting. Arriving without money, he promptly issued the pub with a pawnbroker's license and handed over his gold watch to fund a flutter. Today, you'll be relieved to hear, The Castle is favoured for its sublime selection of beers, tasty food, great team, two stunning floors with an upstairs function room to hire, rather than feuding poultry
