- For cancellation between 1 day and 30 days prior to the date of the event: 100% of the total cost will be charged.

Totals more than £750.00:

- For cancellation of more than 181 days prior to the date of the event: No charge
- For cancellation between 91 and 180 days prior to the date of the event: 50% of the total cost will be charged.
- For cancellation between 1 and 90 days prior to the date of the event: 100% of the total cost will be charged.

About Conway Hall

A unique venue in an unrivaled central London location, minutes from Holborn Underground Station. Built in 1929, Grade II-listed Conway Hall is a landmark of London’s independent intellectual and cultural life. The venue seats from 2 – 400 attendees in a variety of styles.

The Main Hall retains its period features and is internationally renowned for its excellent acoustics. Six other rooms with capacities of 16 to 70 make Conway Hall suitable for a wide range of events, including exams, lectures, conferences, and drinks receptions.
