About The Milk Float
The Milk Float is a boat bar like no other. Located at the Sweetwater mooring in the beating heart of Hackney Wick, it's less than three minutes walk from the station. The Milk Float is one of the quirkiest venues in the area and a favourite amongst locals.
With a 46-person capacity, the roof terrace has a mix of larger booths and smaller tables overlooking the river and the gardens next door. This is one of the busiest spots in London on a summer's day, and there really is no better place to be when the sun is shining.
Our cabin space downstairs has a mixture of booths and smaller tables, ideal for intimate events or groups wanting their own sheltered little area away from it all. The seated capacity of this space is 24 but it can take up to 40 with some standing.
With show-stopping cocktails, Five Points craft beer on draft and a selection of our very favourite wines and bubbles, the menu is a perfect match for the venue. There are very attractive drinks packages on offer for groups wishing to book tables midweek.
Bandito Burger on the back deck serve up a legendary brunch from 10am until 12:30pm, and then Latin-themed burgers, hotdogs and patatas bravas thereafter. Slider platters and buffets are available for groups wishing to pre-order.
