About this space

Comprising of two large open adjoining spaces (the daylight and black out studios) “4th Floor Studios” is a completely self-contained studio space complete with kitchen, bathrooms and roof terrace, the 4th floor has a maximum capacity of 150.

For smaller events we can offer our HQ studio on the 1st floor, again a fully-self contained studio space comprising one huge open plan space including separate fully functional commercial style kitchen.

All studios have wooden flooring and white brick walls and are filled with cool props and funky soft furniture.

Both of our spaces are designed to inspire and come equipped with full AV spec and wi-fi with onsite AV technicians to ensure a relaxed professional experience.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation fee payable to the venue depending on the notice period:

  • 30+ days prior to the event No fee, guest receives full refund
  • 7 - 29 days prior to the event Fee payable is 50% of total hire cost
  • Less than 7 days prior to the event Fee payable is 100% of total hire cost

Guest may move the event date of a confirmed booking to another date within 12 months from the original date, at no cost.

Available for meetings, exhibitions, parties, weddings, photo/film shoots and lots more. This is creative space at its best, versatile and ambient.
We offer a beautiful space unlike any other so if you are with bags of character and full of quirky props and furniture it makes a great place to hold your event.

We have a full AV capability with chairs, conference facilities, studio lighting and accessories, backdrops, props, musical instruments, PA system and backline.

There are a bamboo smoking terrace and a rooftop. We are fully licensed for music/alcohol and provide catering too.
