• Hire time must include setup and pack-down time.
• Please leave the studio in the condition it was found and dispose of all rubbish before departure.
• Shoes are not permitted within the main studio space unless agreed in advance for specific productions or events.
• No smoking or vaping inside the studio premises.
• Music volume must remain respectful of neighbouring businesses and residents.
• Any damage to the space, equipment, furniture, or facilities must be reported immediately and may incur additional charges.
• Guests are responsible for their own belongings; Core & Calm cannot accept liability for lost or stolen items.
• Furniture or equipment should not be moved without prior permission.
• Use of candles, oils, confetti, glitter, or open flames are not permitted.
• The outdoor garden area must be used respectfully and noise kept to a minimum.
• Hirers are responsible for ensuring their guests behave respectfully within the space and communal areas.
• Events must finish by the agreed booking end time.
• Core & Calm reserves the right to refuse or end bookings that do not comply with studio guidelines.
