Inside a vintage railway arch at Paradise Row, Cav blends wall paneling in wood and warm lighting to form a cozy and friendly environment. The venue is flexible and can host even big sit-down dinners, or if the furniture is removed, a big space for receptions and events. The bar is the main attraction, bringing the room together with its vibe.

About Cav
Cav, located in the middle of Bethnal Green, is a cocktail and wine bar which not only hase a great atmosphere, but it also serves and exhibits amazing drinks, delicious food, and a setting that has a mix of good-natural and stylish.
The bar staff makes the cocktails that are elegant, but at the same time, refreshing and balanced, which is one of the reasons they created a wine list that is just as thoughtful; both are made to go with the food being served from the kitchen. One of the biggest events in the restaurant is the constantly changing lineup of chef residencies, where the most talented and creative chefs are the ones that are hosting. Right now, Spanish chef Elies Salva is in the kitchen, and he is the one to add new ideas and wonderful dishes to the tasting experience.
The place itself is very cozy but at the same time very adaptable, thus it can be arranged according to the needs of the events: private dinners, brand events, celebrations or just a great night out.
