About this space

The Ever Room is our big event room (138 square metres) located upstairs and has a capacity of up to 60 guests. This space is suitable for zumba classes, workshops, community events and other gatherings.

The room can be divided into 2 separate sections and features a sound system and a dance floor.

Event offers and packages

We offer ready-made kids' party packages:
• Creative Moments (£35 per child) - for ages 4-10, essential party picnic menu included, a choice between ceramic painting (2 hours, up to 20 children) or bracelet making (2 hours, up to 12 children)
• Teddy Bear Picnic (£35 per child) - for ages 3-6, essential party picnic menu included, 2 hours, up to 10 children
• Playbox Disco (£35 per child) - essential party picnic menu included, 1.5-2 hours, up to 20 children
• The Party Train - £350, food not included, 1.5 hours, up to 16 children, morning slots only

• When you’ve booked an exclusive hire or room hire only, you have an option to bring your own food. However, let's keep our party nut-free to make sure everyone stays safe and has a blast!
• No other pets than assistance dogs are allowed on the premises.
• For hygiene and safety, take your shoes off before entering our town. Please make sure your socks are on at all times.
• Children of all ages are welcome to play, but the roleplay area is specifically designed for young children (0 – 6 years).
• Damage to the space will result in extra charge.
