This venue was perfect for our team Xmas party. The space was a good size for around 50people. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. Karaoke was so much fun, and this years party brought the team together as a unit after a busy year. The feedback I received was the best Xmas party since being in the team from various colleagues.
68 & Shanghai was the ideal venue for an intimate 40th birthday party. All the staff were warm and accommodating with requests and despite being a small team did their best to be helpful at all times. Our main host, Ally, was great and mixed excellent cocktails. The food was also enjoyed by all the guests. Thank you for a great evening.
Had around 30 people in the Wine Cellar for a 30th birthday party and had a great time! Big shout to the staff who were super friendly and made sure things ran smoothly, helping with cake, tunes and even tidying up afterwards! Drinks were fairly priced, even if they only had pints upstairs and no minimum spend or venue fee made it a bargain!
I had my 30th birthday party at the Star and was looked after so well by the staff during the lead up to the event and actually on the night! They helped ensure everything was perfect and that all drinks were captured for the bar spend, it was overall such a good evening and I would recommend the space to anyone wanting to throw a party!
Really couldn't have asked for a better venue and service! The team here was attentive and helpful - provided everything we needed for our joint birthday party celebration in their wine cellar.
