London can be found amongst cities with the greatest number of museums in the world! So, what kind of events can you host with that kind of variety? The large ballrooms available are extremely popular for weddings receptions and corporate events that require impressive open spaces to wow the attendees. Many museums also offer private gallery spaces for exhibitions and smaller events for the more budget-conscious event organisers. Film screenings and fashion shows are not uncommon in some of the more modern spaces. Many museums are also happy to hire out their well-manicured outdoor spaces for garden parties. Some of them already own a set of pavilions to take some of the hassle out of booking those yourself.
Excellent museums for hire are spread all over the greater London area, but there are a few places that are worth checking out in more detail. Start out in Greenwich Park and head north towards the Thames for outdoor spaces, older museums with magnificent wooden decor, and some of the more unique spaces. How about dining amongst the stars at the planetarium? If you’re looking for something more central, Covent Garden, Farringdon and Barbican all host a variety of museums for hire.
Found an amazing venue within 10 minutes of looking! Really happy :)
I came across Tag Venue completely by accident and Sarah was unbelievably helpful in saving me valuable time and conducting the search on my behalf. I would not hesitate to use Tag Venue again.
