The venue was exactly as described! And separate private toilets which was amazing. The staff were very helpful and able to store cake and do personalised decor and food We had an issue with one bouncer and a guest but otherwise they let us have one of the best nights to celebrate our engagement

We held our engagement party here and had a great time. Craig was very quick to respond to all of my messages. The location was great because we had guests coming from across London & outside London. We loved having our own bar upstairs & bathrooms, and we ordered a glass of Prosecco for everyone on arrival. We arrived 30 mins early to decorate & staff said they would take the decorations down at the end (anything we didn’t want to keep and take with us, like balloons). We also had plenty of food for the cost. Overall really recommend!
Staff were flexible, patient and kind. The customer service was amazing. Venue was beautiful and received great reviews from everyone who attended 5/5 stars.
Kinga was great at communicating throughout the process! She always kept us updated and responded well to questions. The venue was excellent and the staff were phenomenal on the day.
Management and staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. The venue is a great spot with late night licensing. Nice outdoor section for smokers.
