Our second time using this venue and we have been very happy on both occasions. Very conveniently located near Waterloo and it is good to have the street food options on Lower Marsh to choose an interesting lunch from. Attention to our needs through the day was great and we particularly enjoyed an iced coffee brought to us by the host on what was a very hot day!

Great service from the team for food off the menu and getting drinks ordered throughout the meeting. The AV system worked for what we needed. Would be good for a 10 person lunch, but would be cramped for 10 people if there are laptops.

The experience was great, the air conditioning was cool and refreshing, allowing our group to be very comfortable in our meeting. The rooms seems soundproof as well as we didn’t hear outside noise. Definitely recommend 💯
