With a fully black look and a "no frills" vibe, this space can be molded into whatever you dream up, from dance parties, to fundraisers, to performances, to community programming, to film viewings on our 15-foot screen, and more!
Our space is also proudly LGBTQ+ owned and community-focused, and we can help you with just about everything you need, acting as your own event organizer, or we can get out of the way and let you fly solo, doing it yourself.

Cancellations 60 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 60 days to 30 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 30 days are non-refundable.
Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 6 months from the original date, at no cost.
