About Events Space

Venture X Oakville is a community‐based workspace that offers members private office suites in addition to a beautiful, open concept lounge & café for events & private functions. We have seen great success with local businesses and have received a tremendous outpour of support from our community.

We have 3,000 sq. ft. of bright, open space for events to host up to 80 people, we have also partnered with local caterers, event planners and rental vendors for every occasion! Whether you are looking to host a networking event, bridal shower, private function or corporate party, we look forward to hosting your next event.

FAQ

Cancellations 60 days in advance will receive a full refund.

Cancellations 60 days to 30 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations for events starting within 30 days are non-refundable.

At Events Space, the following catering options are available:

  • Bringing your own catering/food is allowed
  • Bringing your own alcohol is allowed

  • Free parking is available on-site: 100 spaces
