The space:
Accommodations: 5 bedrooms, lounge, flex space, full kitchen, and 3 washrooms, comfortably hosting 15–20 guests. Recently updated with all essential amenities.
Guests will have access to the precise number of bedrooms required for their stay to maximize comfort and privacy.
Arrival and Living Space: Smart lock entry leads to a cozy living room with seating, TV, and 2 arcade machines.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with stove, cookware, utensils, dishwasher, and an island overlooking the living room for dining or drinks.
Outdoor Patio: Spacious patio with a custom shed and built-in bar, seating area, and fire pit.
Live Floor: Fully equipped jam/karaoke space with guitars, amps, microphones, and more.
Music Studio Upgrade: Optional access to a professional studio with equipment, vocal booth, and soundproofing.
Accommodation Licence: Registered with the local government, meeting all legal, safety, and cleanliness standards, and paying all applicable taxes and fees.
