This Rock n’ Roll BnB is set up for music fans who want something a bit more hands-on than a standard stay. It’s right in Music City and has a relaxed, creative feel throughout.
There are five bedrooms, a lounge, a flexible extra space, full kitchen, and three bathrooms. It comfortably fits around 15–20 guests, and you’ll only get access to the number of bedrooms you need, which helps keep things a bit more private.
You come in through a smart lock into a cosy living area with seating, a TV, and a couple of arcade machines. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto the living space, so it’s easy to cook, eat, or just hang out.
Outside, there’s a decent-sized patio with a built-in bar, seating, and a fire pit—good for evenings or group time. Inside, there’s also a dedicated jam and karaoke space with guitars, amps, and mics ready to use.
If you want to take it further, there’s an optional upgrade for a proper music studio with soundproofing and a vocal booth.
Everything’s registered and up to local standards, so it’s all above board. Just note there are a few private storage areas you won’t have access to, and Dexter—the resident black cat—comes and goes, so you might see him around.

Check-in/Checkout:
Check-in after 3:00 p.m., checkout 11:00 a.m. (flexible with notice). On arrival, review the House Tour Video and room QR codes. On departure: clean/put away dishes, place excess garbage/recycling in garage bin, leave used towels in tub/shower, turn off all lights, games, instruments, TVs, and lock doors.
Parking:
2–4 cars in driveway; no grass parking. Street parking allowed on the outside of the island, but no overnight parking 3:00–5:00 a.m. (Nov 1–Apr 30). Nearest lot: 532–546 King St, London, ON.
Vehicle Security:
Do not leave valuables in cars overnight; store in garage (not heated in winter).
Occupancy:
15 in beds; up to 20 total with couches/air mattresses. Only registered guests permitted.
Guest Access:
Music studio requires upgrade; private storage off-limits. Bedrooms provided based on guest count (select 9+ guests to open more).
Quiet Hours:
11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.
Photography/Filming:
By request only.
Prohibited:
No pets (except service animals), candles, incense, indoor smoking, or attaching/removing items from walls.
Electronics:
Do not rewire; use QR codes for help.
Kitchen Items:
Free to use unless marked.
Barbeque:
Available upon request.
Inventory:
Missing items incur charges; inventory sheet available.
Children:
Notify us if under 12.
