Our modern high-performance fitness facility is designed for strength training, athletic development, and creative productions. Featuring professional weight equipment, open training areas, high ceilings, and a versatile layout, the space is ideal for personal training sessions, fitness classes, brand campaigns, photoshoots, commercials, film productions, and private events. With a clean, industrial aesthetic and flexible space, Level Up Sports provides a dynamic environment that supports both athletic performance and creative projects.
Guests are responsible for leaving the space in the same condition it was found. Please remove all personal belongings, dispose of all garbage, wipe down surfaces, clean and sanitize the bathrooms after use, sweep and mop or wash the floors if necessary, and return all furniture and equipment to their original locations before the end of your booking. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the space is left excessively dirty or requires extra cleaning

• No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances inside the building.
• Please treat the space with care and respect.
• Guests are responsible for leaving the space in the same condition it was found.
• Clean up after your booking, including disposing of garbage, wiping down surfaces, and returning furniture and equipment to their original locations.
• Bathrooms must be left clean and tidy after use.
• Floors should be swept or cleaned if excessive dirt, debris, or spills occur during your booking.
• Report any damage or maintenance issues immediately.
• Any damage to the space, furniture, equipment, or amenities may result in additional charges.
• No unauthorized decorations that could damage walls, floors, or ceilings (including nails, screws, staples, tape, or adhesives).
• Only the number of guests included in the booking is permitted in the space unless approved in advance.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Food and beverages are permitted only in designated areas unless prior approval is given.
• Please lock all doors, turn off lights, and ensure the space is secure before leaving.
• Guests must vacate the space by the end of their booked time to avoid additional charges.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
