About this space
The Space is equipped with modern amenities, including air conditioning, Bluetooth, and WiFi. A Bluetooth speaker is available with all bookings. The kitchen features a sink, fridge, and a private washroom. Additionally, there is a separate filming room that can be used as a breakout room, a large glam room with four chairs for hair and makeup artists, a private washroom, and a private change room.
For those needing specific lighting conditions, window shades can black out natural light, and a projector is available for presentations. The Space also boasts a cyclorama wall and seamless backdrops in sizes 144" and 107". The standard passenger elevator is available for people, pets, personal belongings, and small items. For larger equipment, furniture, carts, wagons of supplies, and other sizable items, the freight elevator and loading dock must be added to your booking.
This facility can only be used between 7am-9pm and requires advance notice and approval. Only a licensed freight elevator operator (provided by our staff) can operate this elevator, and it is accessible only during the load-in and load-out periods of your booking. Please ensure your booking length accounts for this requirement.

About Bank Studios
The Space at Dundas and Carlaw in Toronto is a versatile venue perfect for a variety of events and productions. Ideal for photography and videography, it caters to medium to large-sized productions, brand or product launches, galleries, networking events, pop-up events, weddings, and workshops or classes. However, it is not suitable for parties or nightlife.
The Space can comfortably accommodate 35-50 people for selected uses. Event bookings may incur an additional cleaning fee based on capacity and use. A list of preferred photographers for events, portraits, and more can be provided upon request.
It is important to note that filming, photographing, or loitering in the building's hallways is prohibited. While the building is subject to imperfections, it is wheelchair accessible and equipped with both a standard elevator and a freight elevator with a loading dock.
