Our design focused space has over 8,000 sq.ft on the main floor with 4 washrooms, a cafe kitchen fully equipped with appliances, 16 foot ceilings and tons of northern natural light. Wall murals, colors and banquettes line the space and give off a fun and light hearted energy and vibe.
It is perfect for birthday parties, wedding celebrations, baby/bridal showers, corporate events, family reunions, filming, & so much more!

-Outside catering is allowed, landmark fee will be charged 10% with our preferred vendors, 15% for others
-SOP required to serve alcohol
-Please return any equipment of the venue at the end of your hire
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period

I am very confident with the management of this venue that I am willing to book it site unseen as I understand that the company is very well organized and very supportive!
