About this space

The Waterloo Ballroom is a Ballroom in DoubleTree by Hilton Kitchener that offers an adaptable lighting scheme shifting between natural daylight and dimmable ceiling fixtures.

Design: The interior uses a neutral palette of soft grey walls and a patterned earth-toned carpet, punctuated by a large circular chandelier and brushed-brass wall sconces. The room has full-length drapes and clean lines that maintain a modern, understated appearance.

Features: A built-in PA system and ceiling speakers provide in-room audio. The space provides air conditioning, venue Wi‑Fi and blackout drapes for light control. The room permits external DJs and personal music sources and is wheelchair accessible.
